Training Format and Scheduling
Training sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement between you and your assigned coach. We offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate professional commitments. Sessions must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time to avoid cancellation fees.

Professional Conduct
We expect all participants to engage professionally and respectfully during training sessions. Disruptive behavior, inappropriate language, or failure to follow reasonable instructions from coaches may result in termination of services without refund.

Virtual training services may be available to clients in other locations, subject to scheduling constraints and time zone considerations. We reserve the right to limit service availability based on geographic location.
Updates and Improvements
We continuously improve our training programs based on industry developments, client feedback, and educational research. Updates to training content and methodologies are made to enhance effectiveness and ensure current best practices are reflected in our services.
Intellectual Property Rights

Client-Generated Content

However, by participating in our programs, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use anonymized examples and case studies derived from your work for educational and marketing purposes, with your explicit consent.

Payment and Refund Policy
Payment Terms
Payment is required prior to the commencement of training programs unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. All prices are stated in British Pounds and include applicable VAT where required.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a first-session satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your initial training session, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of that session. Refunds for subsequent sessions or completed programs are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session will receive a full credit for that session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the session fee. Emergency cancellations will be considered on an individual basis.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active clients of significant changes via email or through our platform.
