Agreement and Acceptance

- Arriving punctually for scheduled sessions
- Completing assigned exercises and practice activities
- Providing constructive feedback when requested
- Maintaining appropriate attire and behavior during training
8. Technology Requirements
For virtual training services, you are responsible for ensuring you have adequate internet connectivity, appropriate hardware, and necessary software to participate effectively. Technical difficulties on your end do not constitute grounds for refunds or rescheduling unless we are unable to provide reasonable alternative solutions.
Prohibited Activities and Restrictions
9. Intellectual Property Violations
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our services, training materials, or website content without explicit written permission. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action and immediate termination of services.
10. Disruptive Behavior

This includes harassment, threatening conduct, use of offensive language, or any action that creates a hostile environment. Violations will result in immediate removal from programs without refund.

Results depend on individual effort, practice, natural ability, and various external factors beyond our control. Your success depends primarily on your commitment to implementing learned techniques.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpeakWell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for services during the six months preceding the claim.
15. Exclusion of Consequential Damages
We shall not be liable for any lost profits, business interruption, loss of business opportunities, reputational damage, or other consequential damages that may arise from your use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
16. Force Majeure
